Re: Dangling Dongles Required?
Hi Rincon,
Unfortunately this won't work. You will need to have the MADRIX KEY connected, if you want to have data output from MADRIX.
Another option would be to use MADRIX without a MADRIX KEY in "Demo Mode", with the downside that you won't have any data output to your fixtures.

Re: Background image
Hi kangnguyen, After selecting the background image, you need to change the "View" from "Background Image" back to "Voxel Map". In the next step, you can align your fixtures on the grid according to the background image. The background image should help you with the pla...

Re: Dangling Dongles Required?
Hi Rincon,
The MADRIX KEY needs to be connected to your computer, while using the software. Otherwise MADRIX won't output any data. You could you use an USB hub and store it in a different location for example to prevent damage to the MADRIX KEY.

Hi jholmes,
How did you transfer your setup to the other computer?
Could you please send us both MADRIX setups via e-mail to info[at]madrix[dot]com?
Thanks in advance.

Hi chints1505, You have to patch different fixtures (with a different color order) for each universe. Here you can learn more about patching in MADRIX 3: http://help.madrix.com/m3/html/madrix/hidd_preferences_patch.html http://help.madrix.com/tutorials/html/index.html?hidd_patch_different_fixtures.h...

Re: TM 1914 chip
Hi nmohanlighting,
If you could send a sample TM1914 led strip to our office, we could add this protocol to future firmware updates. Because we only add new protocols to the MADRIX NEBULA, which we have tested before.
Thank you.

Re: Maximum distance between fixture to LUNA
Hi hendrawinata, To achieve maximum cable length, it is important that you use shielded, twisted pair cables and that the used cables have the correct impedance. Furthermore it is important to follow the DMX512 specification for termination. That means the cable should have an Impedance of 110 Ohm a...

Re: Sunlite suite2 interface
Hi nmohanlighting,
Unfortunately you can't use 3rd party USB interfaces with MADRIX 5, since the USB connection is exclusively available for our range of products.
Have a nice day.
