http request to plexus

Hi, fellas,
Is it possible to initiate scenes through http request to a stand-alone Plexus?
What I see is that "http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/?c=&r=b&t=1575351280334" and I can pass 5 different values to "c" parameter like 'bo' = Ok, 'bt' = Top button, 'br' = Right button, 'bb' = Bottom button, 'bl' = Left button. Does the plexus have API commands like for Madrix web server?
